SINGLE LEG EXTENSION
For single leg work, extend one leg at a time and flex thighs at top of movement. Return the bottom
roller pads in a controlled manner to the starting position.
EXERCISE CHART
Sit on bench and hook legs over top roller pads and feet under bottom roller pads. Extend both
legs together and flex thighs at top of movement.
