guard and the spring are not operating properly, they must be serviced
before use. Lower guard may operate sluggishly due to damaged
parts, gummy deposits, or a buildup of debris.
• Always observe that the lower guard is covering the blade and that the
blade has fully stopped before placing saw down on bench or oor.
An unprotected, rotating blade will cause the saw to walk backwards,
cutting whatever is in its path. Be aware of the time it takes for the
blade to stop after switch is released.
• NEVER hold piece being cut in your hands or across your body. It
is important to support the work properly to minimize body exposure,
blade binding, or loss of control.
• When ripping always use a rip fence or straight edge guide. This
improves the accuracy of cut and reduces the chance for blade
binding.
• Always use genuine Evolution blades. Blades that do not match the
mounting hardware of the saw will run eccentrically, causing loss of
control.
• Never use damaged or incorrect blade washer or bolts. The blade
washer and bolt were specially designed for your saw, for optimum
performance and safety of operation.
Always ensure that the tool is disconnected from the power supply
before conducting any inspections or cleaning.
CAUSES AND OPERATOR PREVENTION OF
KICKBACK
Kickback is a sudden reaction to a pinched, bound or
misaligned saw blade, causing an uncontrolled saw to lift
up and out of the work piece toward the operator. When
the blade is pinched or bound tightly by the kerf (saw
cut) closing down, the blade stalls and the motor reaction
drives the unit rapidly back toward the operator. If the blade
becomes twisted or misaligned in the cut, the teeth at the
back edge of the blade can dig into the top surface of the
material causing the blade to climb out of the kerf and jump
back toward operator. Kickback is the result of tool misuse
and/or incorrect operating procedures or conditions and can
be avoided by taking proper precautions as given below:
Maintain a rm grip with both hands on the saw and position
your body and arm to allow you to resist KICKBACK forces.
KICKBACK forces can be controlled by the operator, if
proper precautions are taken.
When blade is binding, or when interrupting a cut for any
reason, release the trigger and hold the saw motionless in
the material until the blade comes to a complete stop. Never
attempt to remove the saw from the work or pull the saw
backward while the blade is in motion or KICKBACK may
occur. Investigate and take corrective actions to eliminate
the cause of blade binding.
When restarting a saw in the work piece, center the saw
blade in the kerf and check that saw teeth are not engaged
into the material. If saw blade is binding, it may walk up or
KICKBACK from the work piece as the saw is restarted.
Support large panels to minimize the risk of blade pinching
and KICKBACK. Large panels tend to sag under their own
weight. Four appropriately sized supports must be placed
under the panel, two on each side near the line of cut and
two near the outer edge of the panel.
Do not use dull or damaged blade. Dull or improperly set
blades produce narrow kerf causing excessive friction,
blade binding and KICKBACK.

οδηγό χείλους στο επιθυμητό πλάτος και ασφαλίστε με
βίδα.
5. Ρυθμίστε στο σωστό βάθος κοπής χαλαρώνοντας και
σφίγγοντας εκ νέου την πίσω Ασφάλεια Λαβής στο πίσω
μέρος του πριονιού. Στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις, το
βάθος θα μπορούσε να ρυθμιστεί στο μέγιστο εκτός εάν
υπάρχουν εμπόδια κάτω από την επιφάνεια εργασίας.
Το βάθος μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί βλέποντας το δείκτη
ενδείξεων που είναι τυπωμένες πάνω στο κιβώτιο κατά
μήκος της αγκύλης βάθους.
6. Συνδέστε το μηχάνημα στην πηγή ρεύματος.
7. Πιάστε γερά την λαβή-οδηγό και την σκανδάλη.
8. Τοποθετήστε την πλάκα βάσης του πριονιού πάνω στην
επιφάνεια εργασίας κοντά στην περιοχή κοπής.
9. Όταν είστε έτοιμοι, ξεκινήστε τον κινητήρα του πριονιού
ενεργοποιώντας τον διακόπτη εκκίνησης.
10. Προσεγγίσετε αργά το χείλος του υλικού και απαλά
ασκήστε πίεση έως ότου η λάμα του πριονιού να έχει
δημιουργήσει μια αυλάκωση κοπής στο υλικό.
11. Ασκήστε απαλή, συνεχή πίεση χωρίς να υπερφορτώνετε
τον κινητήρα του πριονιού.

ΜΕΤΑ ΤΗΝ ΟΛΟΚΛΗΡΩΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΚΟΠΗΣ
1. Μετά την κοπή, απελευθερώστε τον διακόπτη της
σκανδάλης στην θέση the “OFF”.
2. Όταν ο κινητήρας του πριονιού έχει σταματήσει εντελώς,
τοποθετήστε το πριόνι πάνω σε μια ασφαλή και επίπεδη
επιφάνεια.
Το πριόνι Fury είναι εφοδιασμένο με ένα κάλυμμα συλλέκτη
ρινισμάτων (στάνταρτ) για να συλλαμβάνει μεταλλικά
ρινίσματα, και ένα κάλυμμα απόρριψης για να αποβάλλει
ρινίσματα ξύλου ανάλογα με το τι υπάρχει, ανατρέξατε στις
περιγραφές πιο κάτω. Για την καλύτερη δυνατή απόδοση
και για να αποφεύγεται η υπερθέρμανση, αδειάζετε συχνά
τον συλλέκτη ρινισμάτων.
1. Χαλαρώστε τις δυο βίδες που στηρίζουν τον Συλλέκτη
Ρινισμάτων.
2. Αφαιρέστε τον συλλέκτη ρινισμάτων από την δεξιά
πλευρά του πριονιού.
3. Αδειάστε τον συλλέκτη ρινισμάτων αναποδογυρίζοντας
το κάλυμμα προς τα πλάγια και αφήνοντας τα ρινίσματα
και τα υπολείμματα να πέσουν έξω. Καθαρίστε όλα τα
ρινίσματα από το στέλεχος του πριονιού.
4. Εγκαταστήστε τον συλλέκτη ρινισμάτων πάνω στο πριόνι
και στερεώστε γερά σφίγγοντας τις Βίδες Στήριξης.
