hose.Allowoiltodrainandreplaceoildrainplug.
Torqueplugto20-24ft-lb.
4.Replacetheoilltereveryotheroilchange.Clean
aroundoillterandunscrewltertoremove.
Beforereinstallingnewlter,applyathincoating
ofExmark4–CyclePremiumEngineOilonthe
surfaceoftherubberseal.Turnlterclockwise
untilrubbersealcontactsthelteradapterthen
tightenlteranadditional1/2to3/4turn.
5.Cleanaroundoilllcapandremovecap.Fillto
speciedcapacityandreplacecap.
6.UseoilrecommendedintheCheckEngineOil
Levelsection.DoNotoverll.Starttheengine
andcheckforleaks.
7.Wipeupanyspilledoilfromenginedeck
mountingsurfaces.
CheckHydraulicOilLevel
ServiceInterval:Every50hours
1.Stopengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop.
Engageparkingbrake.
2.Waituntiltheunitcoolsbeforecheckingthe
hydraulicoil.
3.Slidetheseatalltheforwardtoaccessthecapson
theLHandRHhydrodrives.
4.Cleantheareaaroundhydraulicreservoircapand
removecap.
5.Wipethedipstickcleanandre-insertthecapback
intothehydro.Lightlytightenthecap.
6.Removethecapagainandcheckthelevelofthe
oilonthedipstick.See
