Areorexplosionfromgasolinecanburnyou,
others,andcausepropertydamage.
•Fillthefueltankoutdoorsonlevelground,in
anopenarea,whentheengineiscold.Wipe
upanygasolinethatspills.
•Neverrellthefueltankordrainthemachine
indoorsorinsideanenclosedtrailer.
•DoNotllthefueltankcompletelyfull.Add
gasolinetothefueltankuntilthebodyofthe
tankisfullbutfueldoesnotlltheneckof
thetank.Thisemptyspaceinthetankallows
gasolinetoexpand.
•Neversmokewhenhandlinggasoline,and
stayawayfromanopenameorwhere
gasolinefumesmaybeignitedbyspark.
•Storegasolineinanapprovedcontainerand
keepitoutofthereachofchildren.Never
buymorethana30-daysupplyofgasoline.
•DoNotoperatewithoutentireexhaustsystem
inplaceandinproperworkingcondition.

•Whenpractical,removegas-powered
equipmentfromthetruckortrailerandrefuel
theequipmentwithitswheelsontheground.
•Ifthisisnotpossible,thenrefuelsuch
equipmentonatruckortrailerfroma
portablecontainer,ratherthanfroma
gasolinedispensernozzle.
•Ifagasolinedispensernozzlemustbeused,
keepthenozzleincontactwiththerimofthe
fueltankorcontaineropeningatalltimes
untilfuelingiscomplete.DoNotuseanozzle
lockopendevice.

providethefollowingbenets:
•Keepsgasolinefreshduringstorageof30daysor
less.Forlongerstorageitisrecommendedthat
thefueltankbedrained.
•Cleanstheenginewhileitruns.
•Eliminatesgum-likevarnishbuildupinthefuel
system,whichcauseshardstartingAddthe
