15. CLEANING
Maintenance is necessary to ensure the correct operation of your stove over time. Failure to do so
may make the stove unsafe.
1. CLEANING THE BRAZIER
The brazier is cleaned automatically at preset
intervals by means of a mechanical system. We
recommend in any case that you use a vacuum
cleaner to remove any ash residues at least once
every two days. (Fig. 1 and 2).
2. CLEANING THE SPRINGS
The heat exchangers are cleaned automatically by
means of a mechanical system, guaranteeing a
constant heat output over time. This automatic
system can be excluded at certain times (e.g. at
night) to limit the noise caused by the mechanical
movement of cleaning (see the section on
automatic spring cleaning).
3. ASH DRAWER
All of the combustion residue is deposited in the
lower ash drawer. To remove the drawer, proceed
as follows:
1. Press the bottom door downwards and
rotate it outwards (Fig. 3).
2. Turn the handle 90° in order to release the
drawer from the fixed body of the stove
(Fig. 4).
3. Pull out the ash drawer and empty the
ashes.
We recommend that you empty the ash drawer at
least once every two days. To re-fit the drawer
work in inverse order.
4. CENTRAL FLUE GAS DEFLECTOR
Once a month, the flue gas deflector located under
the heat exchanger cleaning springs should be
removed for cleaning. To do this, proceed as
follows:
•
Remove part A of the upper door deflector
fixed with 3 screws (Fig. 6)
•
Remove part B of the upper door deflector
fixed with 2 screws (Fig. 7)
•
Pull out the central flue gas deflector like a
drawer (Fig. 8)
