3.8.1 Gas oven installed in a room (Type A3)
It is recommended to install the gas oven under a fume exhaust
hoodfood.
Carry out the installation according to local regulations.
It is recommended that the gas supply to the equipment should only
be enabled when the extraction system is activated.
3.8.2 Gas oven under a ventilated roof (Type B23)
In this installation, the extraction is by natural draught under an
exhaust hoodfood or ventilated ceiling.
Carry out the installation according to local regulations.
The gas supply to the oven must only be enabled when the extraction
system is activated. In the event of a malfunction of the
extraction/ventilation system, the gas supply to the oven will be
disabled.
3.8.3 Gas oven connected to an exhaust duct (Type B13)
Convection/mixed ovens with a non-return shut-off system
(special accessory) can be connected directly to an exhaust duct.
The shut-off accessory can be ordered with the following part
numbers:
Oven model 061/101: 19095581/ Oven model 201: 19095591
Oven model 102: 19095590/ Oven model 202: 19095592
The gas supply to the oven must only be enabled when the extraction system is activated.
