Before replacing the switchboard cover, fasten the electric supply cable
tightly to the stuffing box.
The manufacturer will not be held liable for any personal or material damage to the
machine resulting from incorrect installation or failure to comply with the manufacturer’s
specifications.
4.5 Recycling
The product packaging consists of:
A wooden pallet.
Cardboard edge protectors.
A polypropylene band.
A plastic bag.
All the packaging used around the machine can be recycled; The correct disposal of these products
will help to protect the environment. For further information regarding the recycling of these products,
please refer to the relevant office of the local government. Dispose of these materials in accordance
with current legislation.
5. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE STARTING THE APPLIANCE, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS
CONTAINED IN THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY.
THIS APPLIANCE IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR PROFESSIONAL USE, AND SHOULD
ONLY BE USED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL.
5.1 Risks of use
You are using a fryer, do not use this appliance for anything other than what it
is designed for, as its operating components may be damage.
Frequently check the tubs’ filling level.
It if is insufficiently filled the oil may get too hot causing the appliance
to overheat.
Too much oil may cause the hot oil to spill out with the subsequent risk
of burns.
Try not to fill it up with oil when the fryer is hot, as it could cause the oil to
splash out.
Avoid putting wet food into the fryer or water in the oil or hot fat, as oil may
splash causing serious burns.
If you are going to use solvents or inflammable cleaning products to remove
any dirt on the tub, always do so when the fryer is cold, the control buttons are
switched to Off, and the mains power is disconnected. Once the products have
been used, carefully clean it the tub with plenty of water.
5.2 Operation
Instructions for the correct use of the appliance:
Never start up the appliance without having previously filled the tub, otherwise
overheating would seriously damage the machine.
Top up the oil when it drops below the level indicated in the tank.
It is recommended to slowly introduce the basket with the load in the oil so that the foam
resulting from frying does not overflow from the upper part of the tank.
Do not fill the product baskets directly on the hot oil. Crumbs and small particles will fall through
the mesh basket and remain in the hot oil. This contributes to oil degradation and reduces the
overall quality of the oil.
- Reduce the temperature of the oil to an approximate temperature of 120ºC during periods of
slow or spaced activity
- Do not season food in the deep fryer. Salt, in particular, causes oil to deteriorate more quickly
