SOLAR ROOF ENERGY
Your vehicle is equipped with a solar
paneled roof. The solar roof not only helps
to recharge the battery but also aids the
cabin climate control system.
The solar roof is capable of generating a
half kilowatt-hour a day and is estimated to
provide up to 200 miles (321km) of
additional range a year.
You can view the amount of energy your
vehicle has generated from the solar roof
via the touch-screen.
To view the solar energy readings:
Touch the SYSTEM icon on the
touch-screen.
Touch the SOLR ENRG icon to
access the solar energy screen.
Touch the DAY, MONTH or YEAR icon to
change the view period for energy
generated.
The screen displays the total amount of
energy generated for the selected period as
well as the overall amount of energy
generated by the solar roof.
