constantly, if so: Release buttons.
2. Restart the system.

Pinion change detected
1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
49-0C Motor error
Tampering detected
1. Check mounting position of the magnet and
speed sensor.
2. Start calibration via display gear menu (follow
instructions).
3. Restart the system.
4. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
49-0D Motor error 1. Restart the system.
2. Check light cables and lights for short circuit;
check installed lamps for compatibility with the
bike and replace them if necessary.
3. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
49-xx Motor error 1. Restart the system.
2. If the problem persists, please contact your
specialist dealer.
4A-xx Motor temperature error 1. Switch the system off.
2. Allow the motor to cool down and, if necessary,
clean the motor’s ventilation vents.

4B-xx Motor speed sensor error 1. Restart the system.
2. Check mounting position of the magnet and
speed sensor.
3. If the problem persists, please contact your

4C-xx Motor torque sensor error 1. Restart the system with no pressure on the
pedals.

Release pedals
1. Release pedals so that wheel can shift into the
required speed for the pushing aid, wait 3
seconds.
2. Restart the system with no pressure on the
pedals.
3. Start calibration via display gear menu (follow
instructions).
