11. Spare parts, customer service
11.1 Spareparts stockage
By stocking the most important spare parts on site you can ensure that the coupling is ready for use.
To order spare parts, refer to the spareparts list.
We guarantee only the original spare parts supplied by us. Nongenuine spare parts
have not been tested or approved by us. They may alter technical characteristics of
the coupling, thereby posing an active and/or passive risk to safety. Flender will
assume no liability or guarantee for damage caused by nongenuine spare parts not
supplied by Flender. The same applies to any accessories not supplied by Flender.
Please note that certain components often have special production and supply specifications and that we
supply you with spare parts which comply fully with the current state of technical development as well as
current legislation.
When ordering spare parts, always state the following:
─ Quantity
─ Designation
─ Size
─ Number of the coupling drawing
─ Position of the spare part in the spareparts list
