- (2) 1-1/8” SOCKETS/WRENCHES
- TORQUE WRENCH
- LOCKING PLIERS
- FRAMING SQUARE
- CLAMP (MIN. 8” OPENING)

Summary

STEP 1: Initial Setup

Corner Post Preparation

STEP 2: Frame Beam Attachment

Frame Beam Spacer and Connection

Inserts frame beam spacers and attaches frame beams to corner posts.

STEP 3: V-Brace Installation

V-Brace Clamp and Brace Fastening

STEP 4: Frame Assembly & Squaring

Frame Beam Attachment and Alignment

Attaches frame beams and ensures the lift frame is square.

STEP 5: Cradle Assembly

Side Cradle Beam Placement and Securing

Places and secures side cradle beams onto the frame beams.

STEP 6: Cable Attachment

Lifting and Leveling Cable Connection

STEP 7: Drive Unit & Clevis Setup

Drive Unit and Cable Clevis Configuration

Finishes lift clevis tightening and attaches the drive unit.

STEP 7 (IF USING CANOPY): ASC Box Attachment

STEP 7 (NO CANOPY): ASC Box Installation

STEP 8: Electrical & Battery Setup

Power Connections and Battery Configuration

Connects the drive train to power or sets up batteries.
