6.2.5 Chemical anchoring on flat ground without base
This type of installation allows respecting the accessibility requirements of the EN 12414:
2020 norm for any type of terminal.
A. Identify the location of the centre of the future terminal respecting the terminal
floor space requirements or using the optional drilling template.
B. Drill 4 Ø20 holes in the ground to a depth of 27 cm as shown in the diagram below:
Rear side of the terminal
Front side of the terminal
Drilling template
Ensure that the drill is vertical to allow the correct installation of the terminal on the
threaded rods.
