C. After drilling (1), clean the holes with a swab (2) and a blower (3) to remove
impurities.
Cleaning the anchoring holes
D. Test the drilling: insert the threaded rods (1) into the holes (2) or in the optional
drilling template and ensure that there is a distance of 6 +/-0.5 cm between the
upper end of the rods and the concrete surface.
Drilling depth test
E. Protect the upper part of the threaded rods (with protective tape).
F. Inject the chemical anchoring resin in the 4 holes.
G. Insert the 4 threaded rods (length 31 cm) into the holes and ensure that there is a
distance of 6 cm between the upper end of the rods and the concrete surface.
H. If necessary, clean the excess of chemical anchoring resin on the threaded rods.
I. Use a spirit level to check that the threaded rods are in a vertical position. If not,
adjust them with a rubber mallet.
J. Let dry according to the user guide of the chemical anchoring kit.
K. Remove the protection (tape) from the threaded rods.
L. Remove the optional drilling template.
