The Advanced Diagnostic feature will make it possible to run specific tests on
important modules in the system. This is helpful for trouble shooting and is only
required if the normal Instrument Diagnostic fails or there are random errors that
are not caught by the instrument diagnostics.
These tests will operate the modules so better information can be acquired. This
information is also sent up to FossManager and LinkDiagnostic if they are
activated.
