19 General description of the unit
The FD industrial dehumidifiers are devices suitable for the control of humidity and temperature in TCR version.
They have a washable dust filter and a condensation collection tray. It is possible to connect a remote dehumidostat.
The units are controlled by an electronic microprocessor board that manages all the functions of the machine: general
operation, automatic defrosting system, alarms and humidity regulation.
The structure of the machine is made of galvanized sheet and painted with enamelled polyurethan powder to ensure he
best resistance against atmospheric agents, the collection tray, presented in each FACSW units, is realized in stainless
steel.
The refrigerant gas use in theese units is R410A. The refrigerant circuiti s made in compliance with the regulation in
force concerning welding procedures and the PED 2014/68 / EU regulation.
Evaporator and condensing coils are made copper pipe and wings with collars to ensure the exact spacing. The coils
guarantee and high performance of the dehumidifier reducing the energy consumption enven at low humidity.
The microprocessor installed on the FACSW units controls all the functions of the machine, such as: general operation,
automatic defrosting system, alarms and temperature regulation.
