29.1 Spare parts
We recommend the use of original spare parts. If necessary, request the "parts list" from your vendor by specifying the
model and serial number of the unit.
29.2
Decommisioning
The machine has been designed and built to guarantee continuous operation. The duration of some main
components, such as the fan and the compressor, depends on the maintenance to which they have been
subjected.
Warning:
The unit contains substances and components that are dangerous for the environment (electronic
components, refrigerant gas and oils). At the end of the useful life, in case of dismantling of the unit, the operation
must be performed by specialized refrigeration personnel. The unit must be assigned to special specialized
centers for the collection and disposal of equipment containing dangerous substances. The refrigerant and the
lubricating oil contained in the circuit must be recovered, in accordance with the regulations in force in your
country.
30 General observations and advise
To reduce power consumption, take care of following suggestions:
Warning:
Make sure that room in which unit should operate has doors and windows firmly.
Warning: Set the humidity control switch to the proper value: lower set values than necessary (even few points) may cause
great capacity loss with consequently longer operating periods: it is advisable to set humidity values below 60% only if
strictly necessary.
Warning: For the machine which has a second condenser (monoblock or split system) check every month if the heat
exchanger is clean and free from room dust and check the efficiency of the motorfan.
