1.12 Warranty
This appliance is guaranteed for 12 months from
the date of manufacture for all faults attributable
to a proven manufacturing or material defect. The
warranty does not cover all parts damaged by
transport, bad or incorrect maintenance, neglect,
inability to use, improper use, tampering by
unauthorised personnel and in any case from
causes not depending on Franco s.r.l. During the
warranty period Franco s.r.l. undertakes to
replace or repair, free of charge, those parts
which are found to be defective in origin.
Any repair work must be carried out by qualified
and authorised personnel.

1.14 Declarations
The machines to which this manual refers are
manufactured in accordance with the relevant EU
Directives applicable at the time of their placing
on the market. The machines are not among those
mentioned in All. IV of Directive 2006/42/EC.
Versions without a fan are marketed as quasi-
machines, as they require the addition of an on-
board fan to carry out their function, or to be
fitted in a ventilation system with a maximum air
flow of 15000 m³/h. The CE marking of the
finished machine and the relevant fulfilments
(technical file, declaration of conformity, etc.) are
the responsibility of the person carrying out the
final assembly.
The partly completed machinery is manufactured
in accordance with the applicable requirements
of the EU Directives in force at the time of its
placing on the market.
Partly completed machinery is not among those
mentioned in All. IV of Directive 2006/42/EC.
