2.3 Electrical Connections
The start-up and shutdown of PRIMO must be
controlled via an external control unit to be
interfaced with the machine, possibly including a
room thermostat, timer or humidistat;
alternatively, the various functions can be
controlled manually via ON/OFF switches on a
control panel.
The electrical connection must be
carried out by qualified technicians,
following the instructions in section
5.3 and in accordance with the
electrical safety regulations in force in the
country of destination.
Ensure that the characteristics of the
electrical supply comply with the nameplate
ratings.
It is mandatory to connect the appliance to
an efficient earthing system.
The installation must include a device for all-pole
disconnection of the device from the mains
supply, and a delayed type protection fuse of
adequate size for motor starting must also be
installed.
Also provide a timed tank drainage control with
bleed-off function to keep the machine in optimal
hygienic and operational conditions.
2.4 Hydraulic connections
Provide connection to the water supply and
drainage pipes at the points provided (Fig.
2.4.1).
Power supply: 1/2 "M threaded connection. 3/8"
hose connection available as an accessory.
Drain: 1 "M threaded connection.
