  If the Dispenser drum is not rotating, it could be due to several reasons: * The load chute might be full, the drum rotates only when the load chute is empty. * The hopper might be empty, look for a 'Low Product' warning and flashing 'Reset' lights. If so, fill the hopper with fries and push the 'Reset' button. * Fries may have formed a bridge, shake the hopper gently to redistribute the fries and break up the bridge.

  If your Franke Dispenser isn't dispensing and displays error code Err04, it's likely because the hopper is empty or a clump of fries is blocking the hopper rotor. Fill the hopper with fries, and break up any clumps. If necessary, remove the clumps and replace them with loose fries. Then, press the 'Reset' button to restart the drum and begin the fill cycle.
