MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL PANEL

KEYS AND KEY FUNCTIONS

OPERATING DISPLAY

Displays current compressor status and performance, updated continuously.

ADJUSTABLE SETPOINTS DISPLAY

CAP CONTROL

Setpoint for loading/unloading based on pressure or temperature.

LO SUCT CUTOUT

Shuts down compressor if suction pressure drops too low for a set duration.

HI DISCH CUTOUT

Shuts down compressor if discharge pressure equals or exceeds a setpoint.

M.L.C. FORCE UNLD

Forces compressor unloading until motor load falls within a set percentage.

ADJUSTABLE SETPOINTS PAGE 2

Dead Band

Value above/below setpoint where compressor neither loads nor unloads.

Proportional Band

Determines load/unload solenoid energization time based on control pressure.

Cycle Time

Time between load/unload responses for compressor operation.

Low % FLA

Setpoint to determine if the coupling has broken, default 20%.

HOW TO DETERMINE ADJUSTABLE SETPOINTS

HI DISCH CUT

Shuts down compressor if discharge temperature equals or exceeds setpoint.

HI DISCH ALARM

Triggers prealarm if discharge temperature equals or exceeds setpoint.

HI OIL TEMP CUT

Shuts down compressor if oil temperature equals or exceeds setpoint.

HI OIL TEMP ALARM

Triggers prealarm if oil temperature equals or exceeds setpoint.

ANNUNCIATOR DISPLAY

SHUTDOWN RECORD DISPLAY

Records the last six shutdowns (cutouts) to aid in troubleshooting.

FREEZE DISPLAY

Freezes operating display at the moment of compressor cutout for analysis.
