Step Display / setting Explanation
1 Switch on deep fryer
2 If necessary reset the safety thermostat
3 The fat melting cycle (FMC) starts automatically
4 Press for example the membrane switch
“Program 1”
There appears the symbol for the frying program
with preset frying temperature and frying time
