5.2.3 “Business” model
Brief summary
1. Switch on deep fryer.
2. If necessary reset the safety thermostat.
3. The fat melting cycle (FMC) starts automatically.
4. Press the membrane switch “Program X” in order to select the program.
5. On the display appears the symbol for the frying program with preset temperature and frying time.
6. Start the frying cycle by again pressing the membrane switch marked “Program X”.
7. If the frying temperature has not yet been reached only the frying time is shown.
8. When the frying temperature has been reached the frying cycle begins.
9. The frying temperature, the “Count down” time and the hourglass are displayed.
10. The signals “shake” according to the programmed time. Display of bell and frying basket.
11. Termination of signals by pressing the membrane switch marked “Program X”. Sound and symbols disappear. Automat-
ic reminder is possible.
12. End of frying cycle: Acoustic signal is heard, frying time stands at zero and flashes, bell symbol appears.
13. Pressing the membrane switch marked “Program X” terminates the acoustic signal.
14. Frying cycle is complete.
