5.3 Frying basket lift (option)
5.3.1 “Basic” model
The frying basket lift is not available for this deep fryer model.
5.3.2 “Comfort” and “Business” models
If the deep fryer is equipped with a frying basket for lifting/lowering the frying basket it can be operated by pressing the rel-
evant membrane switch which is provided as long as a frying cycle is not being carried out.
If a frying cycle is taking place then the frying basket lift is controlled according to the frying program.
Step Display / setting Explanation
9 Press the membrane switch “Program 1” to carry
out the same frying cycle again
The frying cycle starts
10 If no frying activity is carried out within 20 minutes
the deep fryer goes into “Stand-by” mode
The display shows the fat melting cycle (FMC)
