10. Press the membrane switch to start the frying oil pump. Wait until the whole quantity of frying oil has been pumped into
the frying vessel and if necessary interrupt or terminate the pumping process by pressing the membrane switch again.
11. Remove inlet nozzle.
CAUTION
• Do not allow frying oil pump to run dry.
• If the frying oil pump inadvertently runs dry it will be switched off automatically by the controller af-
ter 3 minutes to avoid damage.
