Requirements The following requirements must be fulfilled for commissioning of the wirefeed-
er:

Wirefeeder connected to power source by means of interconnecting hosep-
ack
-
Welding torch connected to wirefeeder
-
Feed rollers inserted into wirefeeder
-
Wirespool/basket-type spool and its adapter inserted into wirefeeder
-
Welding wire threaded in
-
Contact pressure of the feed rollers set
-
Red protective cover fitted to the wire drive
-
Brake adjusted
-
All covers closed, all side parts mounted, and all protection devices in good
order and installed in the location intended
The power source must be set to TIG cold wire under Welding process / Process.
Commissioning The wirefeeder is started up in manual applications by pressing the torch trigger
and in automated applications by an active signal to start welding.
