Inserting/replacing feed rollers
Safety
General The feed rollers are not installed in the device when it is first delivered.
In order to achieve optimum wire electrode feed, the feed rollers must be suitable for the
diameter and alloy of the wire being welded.
An overview of the feed rollers available and their possible areas of use can be found in
the spare parts lists.

ing feed rollers

WARNING! An electric shock can be fatal. Before starting the work described be-
low:
- turn the power source mains switch to the "O" position
- disconnect the power source from the mains
- ensure that the power source remains disconnected from the mains until all
work has been completed
NOTE! Only use feed rollers that match the wire electrode.
CAUTION! Risk of injury if the feed roller holders fly upwards. When unlocking
the clamping lever, keep fingers away from the area to the left and right of the le-
ver.

CAUTION! Risk of crushing by exposed feed rollers. Always fit the protective cov-
er of the 4-roller drive after inserting or replacing a feed roller.
