Local Mode Screen
• For a slave station
Item Description
Local Port No.
Displays the local port number of the V9 series unit. The port number of a slave station
is from “2” to “32”. Set within the total number of V9 series units.
Note that if the port number specified is the same as that already set for another V9
unit, the system will not operate correctly.
Tot al
Displays the total number of V9 units connected in 1 : n multi-link2 (Ethernet)
connection. (Cannot be changed.)
Comm. Port No.
Set the port number for 1 : n multi-link2 (Ethernet) communication.
* Set the same port number for all master and slave stations.
Target Set the IP address of the master V9 for No. 1.

After changing the settings,
press the [Apply] switch to
confirm the settings.
Changes over the display of
the communication settings
between PLC1 to PLC8.
Indicates the maker,
model, and
connection port of
PLCx.
Pressing each setting field
brings up the system
keyboard to be used for
configuration.
