Ghosting
Problem Action
The printed result has mottled
appearance.
Verify that the print media recommended for the printer is being used.
If you use non-recommended print media, use the print media recommended for the
printer.
If the problem persists, raise the transfer unit voltage.
Raise the transfer unit voltage.
1 Check the transfer unit voltage in the Adjust TransUnit menu.
2 Increase the voltage.

Problem Action
The printed result has ghosting. If the type of the ghosting is positive ghost:
Replace the drum cartridge if you have a spare cartridge.
