1. Press either one of the (1), (2), (3) or (M) button.
• List of AUTO COURSEs is displayed.
2. Select a desired course with the switch and
then press the [ENTER] button
• The timer is reset at this time and the movement continues
for more 15 minutes.
* However, when the movement continues for 30 minutes
maximum after the start of massage, the movement stops.
