• The indicator lights up wh
ite: T he battery is fully charged and the notebook
is turned on.
• The indicator lights up orange: the mains adapter is connected and the battery
is being charged.
• The indicator flashes or
ange: A fault has occurred.
• The indicator is dark: The power adapt er is not connected or the battery is fully
charged while the notebook is in standby or sleep mode, or turned off.

Battery indicator
• The indicator ligh
ts up in white: The battery charge is between 51% and 100%
of its maximum.
• The indicator lights up in orange: The battery charge is between 13% a nd
50% of its maximum.
• The indicator lig
hts up red: The ba ttery is charged to between 0% and 12% of
its ma ximum cap
acity.
• The indicator is not illuminated: N o battery is inserted.

hes red: An error has occured.
• The indicator flashes white, orange or red: The device is in standby mode.

keypad is activated. You can output the characters indicated on the upper right of
the keys.
Caps Lock indicator

Indicator is illuminated: The Caps Lock key has been pressed. All the characters
you type will appear in upper case. In the case of overlay k eys, the character
printed on the upper left of the key will appear when that key is pressed.
