wireless components

If a wireless c ompone nt (Wireless LAN, B lu etoot h, UMTS, LTE) is incorporated into your notebook,
you must be sure to observe the following s afety notes when using your notebook:
• Switch off the wireless compone nts when you are in an aircraft or driving in a car.
• Switch off the wireless components when you are in a hospital, an operating
room or near a medical electronics system. The transmitted r adio waves
can impair the opera tion of medical devices.
• Switch off the wireless components when you let the device get near fla mmable
gases or into hazardous environments (e.g. p e trol station, paintshops), as the
transmitted radio waves can cause an explosion or a fire.
