Switching off the N otebook
► Close all applications and shut down you r operating system (please
see operating system man ual).
If the notebook cannot be shut d own properly, press and hold t he ON/OFF button for
approximately four seconds. The notebook will switch off. Any unsaved data may be lost.
The notebo ok is delivered with a protective film inserted between
the keyboard and the LCD screen.
To ensure optimal protection of the LCD screen, it is recommended
that you insert this protective film between the keyboard and the LCD
screen each time you close t he notebook.
► Close the LCD screen.
