The keyboard of your notebook does not have a separate number block. To provide the
convenience of a numeric keypad, your keyboard is equipped with a virtual numeric keypad.
The special keys of the virtual numeric keypad are r eco gnisable by the numbers an d symbols
printed in the upper right corner of each key. If you have switched on the virtual numeric
keypad, you can ou tput the ch aracters show n on the upper right of the ke ys.
1 = Chara cters enabled when N u m Lock indicator is not lit (refer to the
EasyGuide for more information).
2 = Characters enabled when Nu m Lock indicator is lit (refer to the EasyGuide fo r more information ).
