The design of your notebook enables the flexible use of notebook batteries and drives. T he
following m odules can be operated in the module bay of your notebook:
• Second battery
• Second hard disk drive
• Optical drive
• Empty plug-in unit (save weight)
Only use m odules designed for y our notebook.
Do not use force wh en installing or removing the module.
Make sure that no foreign objects enter the module bay.
You c an swap modules during operation. This means you do not
need to switch off the notebook.
To replace a module, simply click on the corresponding icon in the
task bar and then on Exit or Select - Exit.
The module can now be removed without any furth er a ctions being necessary.
