Connecting an external monitor
An analogue monitor is connected to the analogue VG A monitor port, a digital monitor to
the DisplayPort. Screen output is limited to a maximum of two monitors at any one time
(see "
Key combina tions", P age 25, section "Togg le output screen").

► Switch off the note
book and the e xternal monitor.
► Plug the data cable of the external monitor into the monitor port.
► First switch on th
e external monitor and then the notebook.
