Working with the notebook
Note the direction of rotation in the following de scription! No guaran tee claims
can be met for dama ge caused by turning in the wrong direction.
► Hold the s creen as near to the bottom as possible on both sides and turn the scree n in the
direction indicated by the rotational direction indicator. It w ill turn easily and without resistance.
► Turn or move t
he scree n further until it has turned 180° and the hinge latches in.
Switching off the notebook

► Close all applications and then shut down the operating system (please
see the "Op erating System Manual").
► Slide the
ON/OFF button to the right.
The ON/OF F button returns automatically to its original position.
