8.1.5.2 Removing the memory board in question

Ê Unlock the memory board in question by pressing the green locks (1). The
levers on both sides will be released.
Ê Swivel the levers in an upright position and lift the memory board up and out
using its levers simultaneously (2).
8.1.5.3 Removing a defective memory module
V CAUTION!
Please note the equipping rules in the Technical Manual for the
system board D2870.
To avoid burning your fingers, wait for a sufficient period of time before
installing or removing memory modules.
Do not install unauthorized third party memory modules. Doing so
may cause electric shock, a fire, or failures.
Do not insert and remove memory modules repeatedly. Doing so may
cause failures.
If the memory module has not been correctly inserted, it may cause
a fire. Insert the memory module with attention to its direction.
