Preparation Floorstand model
4.1.3 Removing the hard disk cover
Remove the hard disk cover when making the following extensions and
upgrades:
– Installing further SATA hard disk drives
Ê Terminate all applications and shut down the server correctly.
Ê If your operating system has not switched off the sever, press the on/off
switch.

Ê Unlock the server (1) and remove the key.
Ê Push the drive cover up as far as possible (2).
Ê Remove the hard disk cover (3 + 4).
