11. Set whether to request the caller code in the [Caller code] field.
To request the caller code, put a [9] in the box on the left side of [Required for
external call] (click the box to add [9]).
If you do not request the caller code, uncheck the [9] in the box (click the box to
delete [9]).
If the caller code has been requested, the user is always prompted for a 5 digit
caller code when making an external call. See section 6.3 how to set the caller
code.
Note: The caller code cannot be requested in the following cases:
• When external calls are prohibited at step 10.
• When the call filter is enabled at step 12.
12. Set the external call filter in the [Call filter] field.
To activate the caller filter, put a [9] in the box on the left side of [Enabled for ex-
ternal call] (click the box to add [9]).
To deactivate the caller filter, uncheck the [9] in the box (click the box to delete
[9]).
If the filter has been activated, the user can only call the destination(s) only set in
the [Available destinations] field.
See the table below for example restrictions. A maximum of five restrictions (each
with up to 20 characters) can be set.
Note: The outside call filter cannot be set in the following cases:
• When the external call is prohibited at step 10.
• When the caller code is requested at step 11.
13. Click the [Save] button.
The message "Applied." appears.
14. Click the [Close] button to close the message.
