6. Initial startup
6.1 Erection and adjustment
Choose the place of installation.
First, you must choose the plate of installation.
Requirements relating to the place of installation
Choose the place of installation of the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system
carefully, taking the following aspects into account:

Space requirement

Protection against damage (for example, forklift)

Ambient conditions
see the 3.3 “Ambient conditions” section on page 81

Connection possibilities
see the 3.2 „Connected values” section on page 80

Sufficient floor load-bearing capacity

Adjust the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system using the six adjustable
feet (size 17 open-end wrench).
6.2 Connection
WARNING
Initial startup
The Tool24 PickOne goods issue system is connected to the power supply,
starts up the control unit, and executes a reference run.
6.2.1 Connection of the master system
Media supply
The external connections are beneath the maintenance opening behind the base
cover of the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system.
Connection of power supply
Connect up the country-specific power cable with adapter
as per IEC 60320 C13.
