8.2 Maintenance schedule
The sections below describe the maintenance work that is required in order
to ensure the best possible, trouble-free operation of the Tool24 PickOne
goods issue system. If increased wear is noticed during the regular checks,
shorten the required maintenance intervals in accordance with the level of
wear that is actually occurring.

8.3 Measures after successful maintenance
Following the completion of maintenance work and before the Tool24
PickOne goods issue system is switched back on, the following steps must
be carried out:
1. Check all previously loosened screw connections to make sure that they
are firmly attached.
2. Check that all previously removed protective fea-tures and covers have
been installed again properly.
3. Check that all used tools, materials, and other equipment have been
removed from the work area.
4. Clean the work area and remove any leaked sub-stances such as liquids,
processed material, or similar.
5. Make sure that all of the safety equipment on the Tool24 PickOne goods
issue system is working per-fectly.
