5.2 Transport inspection
Upon receipt, check the delivery to make sure that it is complete and does
not have any transport damage.
If transport damage is found:
Proceed as follows in the case of externally evident transport damage:
1. Accept the delivery with reservation and report the damage event to
the carrier in writing.
2. Document the damage to the packaging and to the Tool24 PickOne
goods issue system.
3. Initiate a claim and submit the documentation about the damage.
Report each defect as soon as it becomes known. Claims for damages can be
asserted only within the applicable claim periods.
5.3 Storage
Store packages in the following conditions:
Inside
In dry, dust-free conditions
Away from aggressive media
Without exposure to direct sunlight
Away from tremors and vibrations
Temperature: -10 to +60 °C
Relative air humidity (non-condensing): 10–90%
