2.4.1 Qualifications
In this manual, the personnel qualifications listed below are specified for
the various activity areas:
User:
The user must have been instructed about the tasks entrusted to him or
her and about possible dangers arising from improper behavior during a
briefing from the operator. Tasks over and above the operation of the
system in normal mode are only allowed to be carried out by the user if this
is specified in this manual and if the operator has expressly entrusted the
user with the task in question.
The operating software of the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system has
various modes. Each mode has different authorizations or applies to
different responsibilities:
In administrator mode, systems can be managed and the status of systems
(locked/unlocked) can be defined. The database can also be managed in
administrator mode.
All everyday tasks can be performed in user mode.

function.
