What your warranty covers:

Forhow long after your purchase:
• Oneyear,from date of purchase.
(Thewarranty periodfor rental unitsbeginswith the first rental or 45daysfrom date of
shipment to the rentalfirm, whichever comesfirst.)
What we will do:
• Provideyouwith a newunit. Theexchange unit isunder warrantyfor the remainderof the
original product'swarranty period.
Howyou get service:
• Properlypackyour unit. Includeanycables,etc.,which were originally providedwith the
product. Werecommend usingthe originalcarton and packing materials.
• "Proofof purchasein the form of o bill of sale or receiptedinvoicewhich isevidencethat
the product iswithin the warranty period, must bepresentedto obtain warranty service."
Forrentalfirms, proof offirst rental isatsorequired. Alsoprint your nameand addressand
a description of the defect. Sendvia standard UPSor its equivalentto:

• Installation and setup serviceadjustments.
• Batteries.
• Damagefrom misuseor neglect.
• Productswhich havebeenmodified or incorporated into other products.
• Productspurchasedor servicedoutsidethe USA.
• Acts ofnature,such as but not limitedto lightning damage.
