SAGITTAL LASER LIGHT
CAUTION: The alignment light adjustment screws must be handled carefully, i.e., do not
overtorque the screws. Failure to heed this caution, may cause damage to the
alignment light adjustments.
NOTE: The centerline stripe on the cradle will no longer be used as a reference verification for
proper sagittal light adjustment. The laser light alignment tool will be used for this adjustment.
After aligning the sagittal light using this tool, the beam may not align with the centerline
stripe on the cradle. The reason for this disparity is that the stripe is not centered on most
cradles due to mechanical design anomalies.
The maximum allowed table longitudinal to sagittal beam misalignment is ± 3mm.
