13 Clock Fault The servo clock failed. This bit should always be a 0. Possible problems are:
• Bad Disk pack servo surface
• Bad Servo head
• HEAD ANALOG Board
• SERVO CLOCK Board
14 Write Fault Indicates a fault occurred while trying to write. This bit should always be 0. If set
check the 4 LED’s on the HEAD ANALOG Board. If these are all 0 (OFF),
possible problems are:
• Bad head (or head cable open)
• HEAD ANALOG Board
15 Drive Fault Logical OR of Bits 8-14. Should always be a 0. If set gives NO useful
troubleshooting information.
