The configurator program is used to configure the ACE drives as a Single or a Dual drive system. It is important
that you do not change any of the other parameters. After using the Configurator program (“A” option), use the
U option to update the EEPROM (to save the new configuration). If you do not update the EEPROM, the new
configuration will not be saved and the previous configuration will be used.

CFGESCSI-Configurator for GESCSI Controller

The purpose of the configurator program is to allow you to tailor the GESCS
controller to your particular environment. The GESCSI controller includes an
electrically erasable prom (EEPROM) which contains certain facts. This
program lets you list the current facts, modify those that you want changed,
and record the new facts onto the EEPROM.
The HELP command on the main menu provides information both on what to do and
how to do it. If this is the first time you have run this program, you might
want to start by selecting HELP.
You can get an explanation of any question the program asks, by responding to
that question with an H.
