How to Set the Oven For Proofing
[] Place the coxered dough in a dish in
the oxen on shelf B or C.
NOTE:Forbestrasults,coverthedoughwitha
clothorwithgraasedp/asticwrap(theplastic,
mayneedto beanchoredunderneaththe
containersotheovenfanwillnotMowit off).
[] Touch the PROOFpad and then the
STARTpad.
The display will read PrF (proof).
The oven interior light ttlrns on and
remains on during proofing.
The proofing teatuI'e automatically
provides the optimum temperature fin.

not have a temperature ac!iustment.
[] X&hen proofing is finished, touch
the CLEAR/OFFpad.

How to Set the Oven For Warming
The WARMli_amrekeeps cooked
foods hot.
This feature is not designed to reheat
cold food.
To use the WARMfeamre, touch the
WARMpad and then the STARTpad.
To usethe WARMIeamre after Timed
Baking or Roasting, follow these steps:
[] Touch the mode of cooking that
w_u want to use (BAKE,CONVECTION
BAKEMULTI/1RACK,or CONVECTION
ROAST).
[] Touch tile number pads to set tile
oven telllpeI';Itt II'e.
[] Touch tile COOKTIMEpad.
[] Touch tile ntllllbeI" pads to set tile
desired length of cooking time.
[] Touch tile WARMpad.
[] Touch tile STARTpad.
To Crisp Stale Items
Place _'bod in lo_sided dishes or pans.
For best results, place tile fi)od items in
a single laved: Do not stack.

Check crispness after 90-30 minutes.
Add time as needed.
IMPORTANTNOTES:
Foodshouldbekepthotin itscooking

Friedor crisp foodsdo not need to be covered,
