The RESTART DELAY MIN TIME setting specifies the lockout time to start the motor after motor was stopped. The restart delay
element asserts the
RESTART DELAY OP FlexLogic operand for RESTART DELAY MIN TIME after the motor stopped. The ele-
ment uses motor status asserted by the thermal model element. The thermal protection must be configured properly in
order for this function to operate.
