OPC UA Server – Service Request – RESTART
This function stops and then restarts the OPC UA server on a target.
Note: This request can only be successfully performed when the OPC UA server is started.

If the SVC_REQ does not pass power, the operation did not complete. The time zone offset adjusts the OPC UA
server time zone. The Controller’s Time of Day clock must be synchronized to ‘local’ time and the time zone
offset is your location’s offset relative to UTC time.

Note: In this example a Time Zone Offset of -300 was used, meaning local time is UTC minus
300 minutes (5 hours).
